Step 1: Download Form
Please use the below links to download a new candidate enquiry form – available as a Word document or a PDF. You only need to complete one of them.
Step 2: Complete & Return Form
Return a completed form to us by Sunday 7 June 2026. This can be done via an email to admin@teamdomenica.com or by post to Team Domenica, 5-7 Preston Road, Brighton BN1 4QE. All applications will be acknowledged upon receipt.
Step 3: Attend Interview
Prospective candidates will be invited in for an interview at our pub – The North Star. They will involve an interview and training observation, this should take approximately one hour.
Step 4: Receive Results
We will inform candidates whether we will be moving forward with their application, and consulting the local authority, at the end of the two week interviews.
