Transforming Lives
In the UK, just 4.6% of people with learning disabilities are in paid work (DHSC, 2025). Team Domenica are here to change this. Since opening in 2016, 76% of our young people have found paid work through our Supported Internship Programme.
For our candidates, employment is about far more than just a job. It’s about purpose. Work offers stronger social connections, better health, and greater independence. It builds pride in our young people, offers peace of mind to their parents, and creates stronger, more inclusive communities for all.
