Since 2016, an incredible 80% of our candidates have progressed into a paid job – compared to a national employment rate for adults with learning disabilities of just 5%.

Our partnership with Team Domenica has gone from strength to strength …We’ve had the opportunity to get stuck in with colleague volunteering sessions, as well as take part in their fabulous [challenge events]. Create a personalised menu from Café Domenica’s scrumptious sandwiches, salads, canapes and baked goods, to be served at your event. Our cakes will taste even sweeter knowing that they’re all prepared by young people with learning disabilities.
Payroll giving is an easy way for your employees to make a regular donation to Team Domenica, with a chosen amount taken their pay each month. Donations are made pre-tax, meaning that employees pay less to donate more!
Whether you’re a team of runners, golfers, bakers or pub quizzers, gather your colleagues and tackle a challenge together! This is a great way of building colleague morale and team-spirit, whilst raising lots of money. We can support you with ideas for your own challenge, or you can speak to us about events that you want to get involved in.

Workplace experience is key to our candidate’s success. With the help of our employer partners, we create opportunities for candidates through work experience placements, supported internships and paid work.
Your morning coffee with a conscience! In partnership with independent coffee business Redroaster, candidates roast and package our very own Team Domenica blend of coffee. This is available both in our cafés and for purchase through our online shop.
