Together, we support young people with learning disabilities (our candidates), to acquire the skills, confidence and independence they need to gain meaningful paid employment; to reach their full potential, and find their place in society.
We do this through personalised employment programmes with support from local employer partners, by creating work experience placements, supported internships and paid employment positions, in Brighton & Hove and across Sussex.
We are a growing organisation
Since our beginnings in 2016, with 20 candidates and a handful of dedicated staff, we have grown year-on-year to create a rippling impact, and that ripple is growing.
Today, we have a team of 60 dedicated staff, and we support over 100 young people with learning disabilities to build a brighter future for themselves.

We are now seeking a dynamic and passionate Head of College to join us at this pivotal moment, as we work toward becoming a National Centre of Excellence for employment pathways and an Outstanding provider of high-quality education and training.
Job Coach
Your role is to support Team Domenica candidates enhance their strengths and improve their job skills in the workplace. You will work one-to-one with young adjults (19-24) with learning disabilities who need help in their Supported Internship Placement.
Senior Sous Chef
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sous Chef to play a key leadership role in our kitchen. You will help oversee daily operations, manage and develop the kitchen team, and ensure consistently high-quality food and service standards.
Kitchen Porter
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. You will play an essential role in supporting our chefs, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, and ensuring that service runs smoothly and efficiently.
Chef de Partie
We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie who will bring expertise, creativity, and discipline to our kitchen. You’ll be responsible for leading a section of the kitchen on service, ensuring consistently high-quality food, supporting junior team members and more.

We have established ourselves as a leading provider of support and employment opportunities for people with learning disabilities in Sussex. In 2023, after seven years of work in our growing community, we felt that the time had come to revisit our Values, Vision, and Mission. Drawing on the spirit of our name, we knew that teamwork would ensure that our values are lived every day.
Beginning with our candidates, we then approached all of our beneficiaries, partners and staff to find out what they considered our values to be based on their experiences.
