Our roastery produces coffee that's expertly roasted and packaged by people with learning disabilities and autism
Speciality Coffee
From bean to bag, our candidates roast, prepare and package high-quality, delicious coffee beans at our Roastery in Kemptown, Brighton. Our Speciality House Coffee and Decaf Coffee are both available as whole bean or ground, and as retail or wholesale items.
To buy a bag, head to your closest Team Domenica Café, visit our online shop, or visit our roastery.
For wholesale enquiries, please email our friendly team at coffee@teamdomenica.com
Coffee with Impact
Through this innovative project, our young people grow as individuals, gain transferable skills and build important friendships.
Many candidates have learnt to roast independently, marking themselves as some of the first independent roasters with learning disabilities in the UK. Watch this video to learn more about our roastery from candidate, Holly.
I was excited to roast independently and now I feel incredible. I am very proud to know how to roast coffee!
