Our person-centred model creates a clear pathway from education to employment, whilst also supporting people with learning disabilities and autism to thrive in happy, fulfilled lives.

Through class-based learning, real-world training, community engagement, and employer partnerships, we create meaningful workplace opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autism – known as ‘candidates’ to reflect their readiness for employment.
