Becki Jupp

Becki joined Team Domenica as Chief Executive Officer in June 2026. She brings extensive leadership experience across the charity and healthcare sectors. Her previous roles include senior leadership positions at Southern Hospice Group and Sightsavers, where she led strategic growth, income generation and programmes that delivered meaningful social impact. She brings a strong track record of leading organisations through change while building positive, collaborative and high-performing teams.
