Meet the team
Our careers team are here to support candidates in gaining meaningful employment or volunteering opportunities. We guide our young people through every step of their journey, including job searching, CV-writing, and follow-on support.

The Gatsby Career Benchmarks
The Gatsby Career Benchmarks is a framework that all schools and colleges must aim to achieve, in order to provide good quality careers advice and guidance. We create and maintain these thoughtful partnerships by offering advice and guidance on working with people with learning disabilities and autism.
