Gareth joined our board of trustees in May 2025. He then moved into the role of Interim CEO in December 2025.

He has worked in the technology sector for 25 years, in both start-ups and established Blue Chip organisations. An accountant by training, he has had experience in Senior Commercial and Operational roles. Most recently he has been a CFO and COO in the fintech sector.

Gareth is also a trustee of a homelessness charity, Sussex Nightstop and a Board member of Wave Community Bank.
