If you’re unhappy with the response to your complaint, you can appeal.

You just need to write to us again within 15 working days of receiving our response.

Senior staff will review the case and reply within 15 working days.

If you’re still unhappy, you can request a review by the Chair of our Board of Trustees.

The Chair may set up a Review Panel.

You’ll get a final decision within 5 working days of the review.
