Our premium single-origin coffee is a rich, full-bodied medium-dark roast, featuring delightful notes of chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel. Sourced from the finest regions in Brazil, these coffee beans are carefully hand-picked at peak ripeness, naturally fermented, and dried on suspended beds for maximum flavor. Experience the perfect cup with our expertly roasted coffee, crafted to highlight the unique qualities of Brazilian beans. Perfect for coffee lovers seeking a bold yet smooth flavor profile.
Café Domenica Decaf Brazilian Coffee is a full bodied medium dark decaf coffee from Brazil with notes of dark chocolate, nuts and caramel. All of the beans in this coffee are Bourbon & Catuai variety and grown between 800 – 1200 metres above sea level. Our Decaf Brazil undergoes decaffeination by using the Swiss Water process to extract the caffeine from the green beans – this process means we need to be gentle when roasting. The roast starts with a low introduction of heat for the first 2 minutes before cranking up the gas – this allows the beans to take on the heat without scorching.
Our organic Peruvian single-origin coffee offers a well-rounded flavor profile with rich notes of dark chocolate, blueberry, and almond. Made from 100% organic specialty Arabica beans, this coffee is roasted in small 5kg batches to ensure freshness. Ethically crafted for exceptional taste, it’s perfect for coffee lovers seeking bold flavors and socially conscious choices. Ideal for brewing in a cafetière, delivering a smooth and satisfying cup every time.
