New Look. Same Purpose. Team Domenica’s Next Chapter

As Team Domenica approaches its 10th anniversary, it felt like the right moment to look ahead.

Over the past year, we’ve been working closely with candidates, staff and supporters to refresh our brand and create an identity that better reflects who we are today and where we’re going next. We’re delighted to share our new look, which you’ll see across our website, cafés and communications.

Our refreshed identity captures the energy, ambition and sense of belonging that runs through Team Domenica. It celebrates how far we’ve come while looking forward to an exciting new chapter.

A fresh new look

The launch of our new website is just one part of the transformation.

Our cafés at Jubilee Library and Plus X have also been refreshed, creating brighter, more welcoming spaces for customers, candidates and the wider community. We’ve introduced new uniforms for candidates too, bringing our new brand to life across every part of the organisation.

While our appearance may have changed, our purpose remains exactly the same: open doors for your people with learning disabilities and autism to the world of work and so much more.

Progress at Pavilion Buildings

Alongside our new look, work continues on our new education and training centre at Pavilion Buildings in the heart of Brighton.

The building is currently undergoing extensive renovation ahead of welcoming candidates and staff later this year. The move will give us a larger, more accessible space that supports our ambitions for the future and enables even more young people to benefit from Team Domenica’s programmes.

Saying Goodbye to Preston Road

As we prepare for this move, we will also be saying goodbye to our Preston Road site at the end of June.

For almost nine years, Preston Road has been much more than a building. It has been a place where friendships have been formed, confidence has grown and countless young people have taken important steps towards greater independence and employment.

We’re incredibly proud of everything that has happened within those walls and deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of its story.

Although it will be sad to say goodbye, we’re excited about what comes next.

The Next Chapter

As Team Domenica enters its second decade, our look may be new, but our purpose remains the same.

We will continue opening minds, opening doors and creating opportunities for young people with learning disabilities and autism to find their place in the world.
