Team Domenica partner of Gorringe’s Charity Auction

Team Domenica is proud to be one of the beneficiaries of the inaugural Gorringe’s Charity Auction taking place on 3 June at Firle Place

Supporters from around the world will be able to take part online across two exciting auctions featuring original artworks, exclusive experiences and unique one-off lots in support of Team Domenica and Princess Alice Hospice.

The first is a live auction on Wednesday 3 June, conducted by Gorringe’s and hosted on the-saleroom.com, featuring 25 works of art and exceptional experiences. This will be followed by a timed online auction of more accessible art and experiences, with bidding open online and lots closing in sequence from 7.30pm on Thursday 4 June.

Among the standout lots are a dedicated and signed full set of cookbooks from Team Domenica patron, Nigella Lawson, an exclusive experience at The Star hotel in Alfriston, donated by Team Domenica Trustee, Alex Polizzi, and a private tour and lunch for four at Charleston, the iconic home of the Bloomsbury Group.

Art highlights include Faith Ringgold’s The Sunflower’s Quilting Bee at Arles, alongside a wide selection of contemporary and accessible artworks available across both auctions. Supporters will also be able to bid on a range of memorable experiences, making the auction appealing to seasoned collectors and first-time bidders alike.

Funds raised through Team Domenica lots will help create more opportunities for young people with learning disabilities and autism to thrive through education, work experience and employment. Since 2016, Team Domenica has supported hundreds of young people to build confidence, independence and meaningful careers, while helping employers recognise the value of a more inclusive workforce.
