Becki Jupp, Team Domenica CEO

Team Domenica is delighted to announce the appointment of Becki Jupp as its new Chief Executive Officer, joining the charity on 1 June.

Following a thorough selection process involving staff from across the organisation, Becki was chosen for her extensive leadership experience across the charity and healthcare sectors. Her previous roles include senior leadership positions at Southern Hospice Group and Sightsavers, where she led strategic growth, income generation and programmes that delivered meaningful social impact. She brings a strong track record of leading organisations through change while building positive, collaborative and high-performing teams.
Baroness Monckton, Chairman of Team Domenica, said, “Welcoming Becki to Team Domenica feels like a truly exciting moment for our charity. Her experience, leadership and compassion make her exactly the right person to lead Team Domenica into its next chapter. I know she will champion our young people with the same dedication and heart that drives everything we do.”
On her appointment, Becki Jupp said, “I am delighted to be joining Team Domenica at such an exciting moment in the charity’s journey. I strongly believe in the power of opportunity, inclusion and collaboration to create real change, and I look forward to working alongside the team, our partners and the incredible young people we support to build on the strong foundations already in place.”
Team Domenica would also like to thank Gareth Anderson, who has served as Interim CEO since December 2025, providing exceptional leadership and stability during this period of transition. Gareth will continue to play a vital role in the charity’s work as a Trustee.
Becki’s appointment marks an exciting next step for Team Domenica as the charity continues to grow and innovate in its mission to open doors for young people with learning disabilities and autism through education, employment and independence.
