Fun facts about Café Domenica
Our cafés, and coffee roasting business, are a vital part of our young people’s training.
This year, each candidate has done over 300 hours of café training.
As a group, they have done over 58,000 transactions.
They’ve served 19,373 coffees.
And they’ve roasted, packaged and sealed 24,840 kilos of coffee!
Fun facts about Enrichment
Enrichment teaches candidates soft skills through individual and team-based activities such as cricket, yoga, martial arts and dance.
This provision works with 19 different providers and voluntary organisations.
This means that, when combined with their work placements, each candidate interacts with over 25 different areas within our community.
