Our non-profit training cafés give candidates the opportunity to gain professional skills in a real work environment. Our cafés demonstrate the benefits of inclusion, serving fantastic food and delicious drinks to the general public, daily.
Our Coffee Roastery
Our roastery produces coffee that’s expertly roasted and packaged by people with learning disabilities and autism. These delicious beans are used in our cafés and at The North Star, and can be purchased as either retail or wholesale items.
Our Online Shop
The Team Domenica shop offers a range of delicious bakes, freshly roasted coffee and thoughtful gifts. Many are made or designed by the young people we support, and every purchase helps support the life-changing training and employment opportunities we create.
The North Star, Brighton
You can also stop by The North Star, our flagship café-pub, where our young people navigate real hospitality service with confidence and enthusiasm. It’s a vibrant, restaurant-style setting where you can see inclusion in action as you enjoy great dishes, premium drinks and a warm welcome.
