Our vision is for all people with learning disabilities to be valued in the workplace, to thrive in life and feel included as members of society.
What We Do
Team Domenica provides innovative employment programmes to support young people with learning disabilities, referred to as our ‘candidates’ to more accurately reflect and emphasise their role as people ready for paid work.
Our holistic approach is personalised to each candidate, with the aim to develop their independence, confidence, communication, and work skills ready for employment.
Our Impact
The work of Team Domenica is not just about supporting candidates to gain work skills, confidence and independence; it’s also about giving hope and changing the lives of our young people and their families forever.
The huge impact of Team Domenica’s work is best seen through the eyes of our candidates, their families and our fantastic employer partners. Click the button below to view their stories.
