Sara Fletcher

Sara has been a teacher and trainer for nearly thirty years and has worked with children, young people and adults with a range of complex learning and social needs. Having started her career in the Further Education Sector developing some of the first Post-19 Preparation for Work Courses in the city, she has taught and led in schools, colleges and the community sector and has  recently spent eight years as the Head Teacher at a school for children who have experienced developmental trauma and needed a holistic therapeutic approach to their education.

Having a Master’s Degree in Consulting and Leading in Organisations through Psychodynamic and Systemic approaches Sara understands how consistently high standards of curriculum and practice generate sustainable, transformative development not just for individuals but for those who work alongside them, and the communities they inhabit.
