SPICED APPLE SAUCE INGREDIENTS: Apples, fresh orange juice, gound cinnamon, mixed spice. Suitable for vegetarians/vegans.
GINGERBREAD FLAMINGOS INGREDIENTS: Vegan spread, light brown sugar, golden syrup, black treacle, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground allspice, ground nutmeg, ground coriander, bicarbonate of soda, plain flour, icing sugar, food colour powder (sodium chloride, tartrazine, carmosine, allura red). Suitable for vegetarians/vegans.
CHILLI JAM INGREDIENTS: Red peppers, chilli peppers, garlic, red onion, caster sugar, apple cider vinegar (sulphur dioxide), sunflower oil, dried rosemary. Suitable for vegetarians/vegans.
HERBY RUB INGREDIENTS: Dried rosemary, sea salt, thyme, pepper. Suitable for vegetarians/vegans.
SEASONAL CHUTNEY INGREDIENTS: Red onion, garlic, light brown sugar, red wine vinegar (sulphur dioxide), balsamic vinegar (sulphites), salt, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground coriander, ground allspice, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, sunflower oil. Suitable for vegetarians/vegans.
FLAMINGO CHOCOLATES INGREDIENTS: Milk chocolate: (min cocoa 33.6% – min milk solid 20.8%), sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring). White chocolate: (min cocoa 28%), sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring). Dark chocolate: (min cocoa 54.5%), cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Suitable for vegetarians.
CAFÉ DOMENICA SINGLE ESTATE COFFEE: Fully traceable, with all the beans coming direct from the Finca Cachoiera farm in Brazil. It’s a full bodied coffee with notes of chocolate, hazelnut and caramel. Roasted and packaged by young people with learning disabilities.
