Online bookings can be made up to an hour before you would like your table. If you would like to enquire about larger bookings, or check availability, please call The North Star directly on +44 01273 040 700 or contact us via this form. Please note: We are only able to take bookings if you are ordering food.
Assistance with Bookings
If you need to make changes to your booking, or require additional assistance, please call us on +44 01273 040 700 to speak with a member of our friendly team, we’re always happy to help where we can.
No-shows
If you’re unable to make your booking or think you might be running late, please give us a call on +44 01273 040 700 to let us know. If we haven’t heard from you and you’re more than 20 minutes late, we may need to release your table to other guests.
Cancellations
We ask that you notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 24hrs prior to your booking. Please notify us via the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email or alternatively, call The North Star directly on number to speak to one of our team.
