Refund and Returns Policy
At Team Domenica, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Every order supports our candidates in gaining skills and experience for meaningful employment.
This policy outlines your rights and how we handle returns and refunds.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@teamdomenica.com within this period.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).
Return conditions
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to reduce a refund if items are returned in a diminished condition.
Exceptions
Due to the nature of some of our products, certain items are non-refundable unless faulty.
These include:

Perishable goods, including brownies and baked items

Coffee products that have been opened
This does not affect your statutory rights if items are damaged, faulty, or not as described.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@teamdomenica.com.
We will offer:

A full refund, including any delivery costs
We may request photographic evidence to help resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–10 working days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
