Job Description
We are opening a new premium pub offering fresh, innovative food in a warm, welcoming setting. Our menu is built on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, crafted with creativity and care. Through this collaboration, we help individuals gain valuable skills, confidence, and real-world hospitality experience — supporting them on their journey toward employment and independence.
We are seeking a confident and motivated Pub Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our venue. Working closely with the management team, you will help lead the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service, outstanding guest experiences, and consistent operational excellence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career and play a key role in shaping a new premium pub with a purpose.
